Great Edges uses the latest technology flat honing equipment to provide the finest sharpening of beveled, convex, and serrated edges, as well as thinning and texturizing scissors.   

The Scimech sharpener being used was designed for the best Asian and Japanese type stylist shears.  Our sharpening, polishing and buffing operations provide the you with a finished product close to the original, duplicating factory edges to obtain the original quality of your cutting instruments.  

Also included is a detailed inspection of your scissors, re-setting of blades, precision alignment and tension adjustment, plus cleaning and lubrication.   New insert rings, bumpers, finger rests, screws and washers are available at a small additional charge.
